What happens after I order?
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail you provided. Since the jewellery are made to order, it will take up to 3 days to create your jewellery and ship it. After that, it will take a few days until your dream jewellery is in your hands. What happens next is up to you, but I'm sure you will style it well!
How do I know my jewellery size?

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depends on where you wish to ship the jewellery. The prices are kept as low as possible. Check out the shippings and returns page for more detailed information.
Where do you ship?
Jewellery can be shipped to all countries in Europe. We are currently working on shipping to more countries outside of Europe.
How long does shipping take?

How can I return my jewellery?
Hopefully you will love your jewellery so returning it isn't necessary. But if you change your mind, you can send the jewellery back to us and get a exchange or refund.

What about duties and taxes?
The jewellery is made and shipped from Norway. If you are living in Norway there will be no additional duties or taxes.
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. Please check your own countries regulations to see if your order will be subjected to duties or taxes.
What materials are the metal details?
All the metal parts are made of 925 sterling silver. If you prefer gold most of the jewellery are available with a 18k gold plating. Sterling silver is a high quality material which is also allergy friendly. When silver tarnishes, it is easy to bring back to its original shiny state by using a silver polishing cloth.
What are the beads made of
The beads are made of different materials, but I try to use only natural materials. Most of the beads are different types of glass beads, preciosa crystals, freshwater beads, and semi-precious stones. Each piece of jewellery will include the types of beads used in the description.
Will the gold plating fade?
Fading is bound to happen over time with all gold plated jewellery. Luckily, fading does not happen overnight. The jewellery will stay golden for a very long time if you maintain it properly. Click here to read more about jewellery care.
The material underneath the gold plating is 925 sterling silver. This means that even though the gold plating might fade, the jewellery will stay beautiful for a long time. 925 sterling silver is a high quality material that is easy to maintain.
